All of our canvas is water and rot proof, our 'Standard Tipis' are rot, water and fire proof.  If your tipi will not be used to have a fire in or anywhere near you can save some money by choosing one of our 'Budget Tipis' from the menu to the left of the screen. 

If you think you will ever have a fire in or near your tipi we would always highly recommend using fire proofed fabric for your tipi!!

Your MyTipi is made with 12/15oz breathable cotton duck canvas.  We reinforce all main stress areas and our tipis are double stitched throughout using rot resistant poly/cotton sailmakers thread to ensure you MyTipi will last you for many years and hold up in whatever weather out little island can throw at us!!! 

Our lacepin holes are hand sewn using strong natural thread which not only makes them even more durable but also gives stunning detail to the front of your tip.

Made to the traditional Sioux pattern with traditional Sioux smoke flaps we have modified our tipis through many years of experience to suit European climates (wetter weather!!) with modifications such as a full length inner and outer door, and PVC bases on our inner liners all coming as standard.
