Why Live in a Tipi?

There’s something different about waking up in a tipi. Living inside of a circle, grounded by the earth, surrounded by nature. Some of our favourite memories are of the days we lived in our tipi, and although we are house dwellers now we spend months each year in a tipi and life never feels happier than when this is the case (even a classically 'British summer' weather)

Many of our customers come to us when searching for something more soulful as a space to spend time. Whether they use a tipi for glamping, outdoor retreats, or even full-time living (as many still do!) the experience offers far more than shelter.

Living in a circular space reconnects you to natural rhythms. There’s a reason why circles have long been seen as sacred, they have no hard edges, no hierarchy. Just flow. It’s why tipis are used for meditation, rituals, and quiet family time.

Practically, our Sioux-style tipis are handcrafted using breathable canvas and poles from certified woodlands. They’re warm in winter, cool in summer, and designed for all-season use.

We offer support before and after purchase, so you feel empowered to care for your tipi long-term.

If you are feeling the call of the wild, or craving a change, start by reconnecting with the land beneath you.
